Your future tasks:

• Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (calls, e-mails) to ask about their overdue payments
• Investigating and resolving unapplied payments
• Initiating refunds for the overpayments
• Updating account status records and collection efforts
• Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status

Our Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Collections area
• Advanced knowledge of French (at least C1), intermediate knowledge of English
• Very good customer service skills and client-focus attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of programs, such as Excel and SAP
• Bachelor's degree
